HopeNow's Vital Role in Combating Human Trafficking in Denmark
HopeNow takes pride in being an actor in the Danish Government's National Danish Action Plan 2022-2025 to combat human trafficking. Since 2007, HopeNow has diligently worked alongside the Danish Government through outreach efforts, data submission, trend analysis, and method development. Through public and private grants, HopeNow extends its outreach programs to areas where potential victims are at the highest risk. By providing information about available support, empowering trafficked people to access healthcare and legal aid, and offering foodpacks and rehabilitation services, HopeNow effectively addresses the immediate needs of those affected by human trafficking.

HopeNow is a tiny organization committed to combating human trafficking and supporting its survivors. We firmly believe in the power of collaboration and cooperation to bring about positive change in society. That is why HopeNow actively participates in network meetings with government authorities and civil society and we also submit annual reports to the Department of Gender Equality; HopeNow demonstrates its commitment to transparency and accountability. These reports highlight our achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement, ensuring a transparent overview of our activities throughout the year. This accountability fosters trust and confidence both internally within our organization.
